I get the feeling they are not there for the customer or their fur babies. This stems from the lack of Doctor's hours and the refusal to take appointments. Everyone's time is valuable and the hurry up and wait mentality just is poor practice in today's thank you economy. #thankyoueconomy #whatisyourwhy
