I would like for those who are in need of Beautiful flowers for a special occasion or person, this is the place to go to. Teresa and her staff was kind, professional and are awesome designers.nnI sent my sister two sets of flowers for her birthday. I live in Texas and didn't know who to go to because these flowers was a surprise.nnTeresa followed my request and desire completely. My sister was moved by how breath taken the flowers were. Ordered from them twice - same day delivery (on time or better) to a corporate office. The flowers look and smell fantastic.
I needed a bouquet prepared and delivered on the same day. I called and inquired about tulips, and she told me they were out of season. So I just told her I needed something big and full, and purple and white in color. That was all the information she was given, and she did a great job using this minimal info and putting together a beautiful bouquet, which was delivered in a timely manner. I would certainly reccomend, and will likely use again!
I have both ordered and received flowers from Prattville Flower Shop and I have been very happy with every order. Most recently, I ordered the Chevy truck and camper set for my husband for Father's Day. He was surprised and thrilled to have the gift of flowers that were both beautiful and masculine. Very friendly customer service! Very affordable and the choices available are very nice. An overall wonderful experience! I will definitely continue to support this business!!!
We ordered a beautiful flower arrangement and they did not have the correct flowers, so they sent an ugly tree as a substitute. We were never notified of this. We would have chosen something else. So they just send whatever they have on hand and don't notify you. Very unprofessional.
