Used a second party florist in my area who contracted the order to Meme’s. I paid $75, the florist I placed the order through charged a $15 transaction fee, sending Meme’s $60 for the arrangement. When I arrived at the funeral, I was extremely disappointed & embarrassed at the arrangement Meme’s sent. When I called Meme’s to express my disappointment, the lady I spoke with actually LIED to me & told me the second party florist only sent her $40. I have proof from the second party florist this is not true. I have many friends & relatives in this area & will make sure they do not use this florist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
I ordered a cake for my daughter's 1st bday. When we visited the shop to book our order, they gave us a free taste of the cake and the fillings. It helped us decide on what would be the filling for our cake. The staff were very accommodating. Five-star!
