It was different with this virus thing, but I was glad we could go in with our cats. The staff were wonder as usual.nnI was glad they could get their shots, except Roscoe who got a steroid for his skin issue.nnI was hoping they would put the flea medicine in them, because I haven't had a lot of success with that. Maybe they can consider that in the future.
I can not recommend this place enough!! They have done so much for my fur babies, including saving one of their lives!! My first experience with them was over a year ago when my dog got into something he shouldn’t have, he didn’t have a very good chance of making it, but he pulled through all because of them!! They’re awesome!! They truly love each and every one of their patients!! My dog actually looks forward to his vet visits now!
I am always so pleased with their service! Boarded my 3 kitties with them for over 3 months until I bought my home. So good to my babies. So very patient with me.
Dr Phillips is honest and very caring, we have a large breed dog that needs major surgery. Instead of attempting to do the surgery himself he referred us to a few places that are better skilled at preforming this surgery. Not many vets would pass up the chance at making that amount of money, however in the long run he will much more out of us because of this. He has earned a client for life. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and cares deeply about his patients. He truly has your pets best interests in mind. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.
My mom took our cat to the groomer there and 1. They didn’t tell her when he was done and he had been there most of the day 2. They shaved him whole without telling us, a horrible job at that because there’s bald spots showing skin everywhere. And because of that, the other cats we have hiss at him and he’s been hiding from them. 3. There was shampoo left in his tail that hadn’t been washed out 4. They also must have gave him too much anesthesia because he experienced the effects long after they were supposed to wear off. Last time he only experienced them for 2 hours, this time it lasted way longer
