My florist called Jojo and ordered a funeral arrangement for my brother’s burial. Imagine how sad it already was. No friends or extended family, no church service. A lonely gravesite on a rainy/snowy afternoon, we arrive and no flowers. I called my florist, he called Jojo and Jojo never made the arrangement. AND was not going to. Why? Did he forget? I don’t know. We drove a very long way for one of the saddest days of our family’s current history and a bare gravesite, not a flower one. I was was horrified and even more sad! Jojo had one job to do for my family but could not be bothered to take care of us long distance on such a sad day. I would never recommend this company!
Very nice people this is my first time using them it was me and my wife's 11th anniversary and I called and even through they were very busy for a funeral they were more then willing to help me out at the last minute and delivered to me my wife loved them thank you JoJo on a great job.

Would recommend Jojo's for floral or balloon bouquets. Have ordered several different times and the service has been great and the delivery has been above and beyond. The arrangements have always been amazing. Thanks Jojo for everything you do it is appreciated.
