I ordered a sympathy basket and what was delivered was nowhere near what I asked for. “Rodney” is rude, spoke over me when I called about how awful my order was handled. I had to hang up on him when he went into blaming me, the customer, for his poor order fulfillment. The worst florist I’ve ever encountered. Save your money.nnThis continues to still be “my” problem, as demonstrated below. This owner takes responsibility for absolutely nothing, and I’ve still wasted $90+. Might I remind you, this is a grieving family who suffered a tragic loss, and this is the response we receive.nnOnce again - save your money. Go to someone who actually cares about your business and situation.

These are the most PROFESSIONAL, florist in all off Texas! The kindest people I have run across in a long time! Will go above and beyond to help! Wouldn't buy a yellow rose any where else!!

I called asking for an extremely last minute flower arrangement delivery. I’m from out of town and had never been in the shop, I told the woman on the phone the occasion and trusted her to put together something for that. She did FANTASTIC. And they got them delivered within the hour. The person receiving said they were so so beautiful. Amazing shop!

I would recommend Blossom Bucket to anyone for any occasion based on exemplary customer service and beautiful end results. The man who answered the phone was friendly and professional and advised they would be able to deliver today. The flowers were delivered within an hour and a half and they are exactly what I asked for. My mother-in-law absolutely loves them! Thank you!!!
