I want the WORLD TO KNOW! Flowers N More has the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called from out of town, I needed something special for a friend...I asked her if I could add something like a gift card...she immediately said “I’ll go pick it up for you!” She was willing to go to more than one place!!nWhich she did, plus she even put the card in one of HER envelopes so I could leave a message and she picked out a BEAUTIFUL reusable vase for my sweet friend. She was full of sweet ideas and just FRIENDLY!! Y’all, people don’t usually go out of their way to help anyone anymore, ISABEL WAS SO REFRESHING!!! Thank you so much for helping me bless a friend in need. Love Rebekah

My mother passed away in December 2020 and both the cashiers (i wish i got their names) were so helpful. They were immediately attentive when my dad and i walked through the door. We were offered refreshments and were able to sit comfortably while we took our time choosing the right arrangements. They were reasonably priced.nThey let me know ahead of time if there would be any substitutions in the casket spray and they did a beautiful job arranging the many flowers my mom recieved; and did i mention all of this was done on a holiday...New Years weekend! They were amazing and I highly recommend them.

What wonderful customer service. after calling another shop and being told immediatly they would not be ablt to make and deliver flowers for a service the next day I call flowers and more.. The voice on the other end of the phone was friendly and pleasent. My flowere will be delivered in time. Wonderful customer service.
