I'm not from the area and needed to order flowers for a funeral service. I picked an arrangement from a picture book, but WOW....their arrangement was even better and more beautiful than the picture! Thank you for the fabulous work.
I have used this florist for years. Any event I have ever needed flowers/plants I have never been disappointed. Great customer service and ahhhmazing arrangements!!!!!

Sorely Disappointed. I live out of town and wanted to send some flowers to a friend for her birthday so I placed an order online. I kept waiting for my friend to say thank you and gush over the flowers but learned she never got them. All due because they do not update their website for what they have in stock. Instead of calling me with this information and asking if I would like other flowers, they canceled it!! Had they called, I could have changed my order but the email they sent went to my spam folder. How is anyone supposed to know their order would be canceled and their only way of knowing is to check their email?? Which is in spam?!?! Hello? You may be better off ordering through Bouq's or somewhere that cares about calling their customers when there is an issue since most of us do not sit on our phones waiting for emails.
