I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. This is now my go-to florist in Morehead. I went to order something in particular that was listed on their website. When I called (I live out of state) and had inquired about it, they didn’t have that particular vase in stock, nor did they have some of the flowers/plants in stock that were listed in the description, but I couldn’t have imagined a prettier bouquet. So thank you all for your outstanding work and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Every time I've ever ordered flowers they've been great. To not being happy with what I got and them replacing them and delivering a second set. To being super compassionate and helpful while helping me pick what turned out to be perfect. I will always order flowers from here no matter what.
