Burlington Pet Hospital

This is a wonderful place. The service is excellent, all staff from front desk, techs and the Drs K, are so kind and caring. Just an excellent place for the health care of your furbabies.

I rarely write negative reviews ... only positive. However I've been a customer of Burlington Pet Hospital for several years & the doctors are great and caring. However the receptionist, Jennifer is extremely unprofessional and rude and it's a shame as the vets there are great ... but you cannot get past her to talk to them. A few weeks ago, I called with an emergency and I left 3 un-returned voice mails. Once I was able to get a live person ... Jennifer ... I explained the problem and she said she'd let one of the Vets know and they'd call me back. I waited 90 minutes and called again ... Jennifer said she didn't get a chance to talk to Vets and told me she never heard of a dog dying with my with my dog's symptoms. I instead called an on-line emergency vet service and was helped promptly. Thinking maybe she had a bad day, I called again today to state that I used their website and requested appt 5 days earlier and she said she doesn't have anyone to take time to check the website. So I tried to make appt and said I'm going to give this one more try ... she promptly told me that she'd be happy to cancel my appt!?! I said that she is not being very customer service focused and that she's the face ... or at least voice of Burlington Pet Hospital and she then abruptly hung up on me. I sincerely hope the Dr(s) Kordenbrock read this review so they know they've lost at least one customer

The people at BPH care about your pets. They are thorough, kind, honest and comforting ... with the pets, too! ;-) (Little humor there). It's a wonderful team and they will do their best to keep you pets happily tooling along.

Very nice and accomodating

We absolutely love Burlington Pet Hospital! The staff are so sweet and make us feel like a member of the family when we are there. Our puppy, Cargo, gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and gets lots of love and attention when he's there. Can't recommend them highly enough!
