I have yet to actually meet or even speak to a vet. The staff is hit or miss. Some are amazing, helpful and very friendly. Some act as if you are bothering them. I'm not sure they have communication between staff members as I have been told 2 completely different things by 2 different staff members. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Banfield is an amazing pet hospital. The veterinarian's there truly care about the animals they care for. My two dogs have been treated so well. I highly recommend them.
They always treat our Bella really well.They are always friendly and helpful
Everybody there is super friendly the only problem I had the other days I had a 2:00 appointment I didn't get checked into 2:30 and they left two people ahead of me that I was there before them
Always pushes their insurance that covers basically nothing after purchasing it and realizing that after every visit the insurance covers maybe 5% of the service. Always try’s to push vaccines that are not needed. This place is garbage. Go somewhere else for better service.
