Florence Veterinary Hospital

My beloved 19 year old cat, Isabeau, had reached the point with cancer that she needed to be euthanized.nMy regular Veterinary would not make any accommodations, meeting at my vehicle & giving shots there, allowing me to enter side door, etc.nI found this wonderful hospital on one of the worst days ... the thoughtful care made that day easier for both of us. It would be impossible to recommend them to any higher degree. I will be transferring my other pets over to Florence Veterinary Hospital.

On Monday , our twelve year old golden retriever suddenly became ill. We called and they got us in almost immediately. Our dog ultimately needed to be put down. The staff was unbelievably kind, both to us and to our sweet Ginger. They allowed our family to say our goodbyes, encouraging us to take as long as we needed, and answering questions in a kind way. The process of euthanasia went incredibly quickly and gently, our dog wasn’t in any pain or scared at all. She died very peacefully and comfortably, and despite our hearts being broken without her, the process was made much easier by the staff at Florence hospital. Ginger was the best dog in the world, and she got the care she deserved here. Thanks to the staff for the sweet sympathy card we got in the mail also.

I have two rabbits (male and female) that I got spayed and neutered here. I was scared at first because rabbits aren’t very good under meds. The prices were so reasonable and cheap. The bunnies came out of the vet and looked really good! After a couple of days (1-2 weeks) they were feeling amazing! Definitely recommend getting your rabbits fixed here! The most wonderful veterinarian care in the world. My Frenchie had to have a c-section last night and they were all on their toes. Love you all.

The staff here are so wonderful. They always take exceptional care of our animals. You can tell that the veterinarians and staff love animals, and they treat them and the owners with respect.
