Really excellent place. Went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was on time when I made a stupid mistake ordering online, to a location a considerable distance from their store. Easy to get a hold of. Very helpful, friendly and sympathetic on the phone. 10/10 would buy from again if I needed a pick-me-up flower delivery in that area again.

Beautiful Flower decorations Services. Tommie and her team was so helpful and accommodating, we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to pandemic restrictions but the team was understanding and worked with us and supported us until the final event. We loved the way our bouquets and boutonnières looked; plus how beautiful our Reception hall looked with all the table bouquets on our big day. Tommie is creative and skillful. Our wedding was a little unconventional, in that not all the reception tables had the same center pieces. But Tommie and her team did a great job of going with our vision and making it come alive. We loved the elegant yet splendid flower decorations at our wedding day. Definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered party pooch flower design through 1-800-Flowers for a friend’s birthday. It wasn’t delivered and I was told it was delivered to the wrong address and they would deliver next day. Friend wasn’t home for a week so rescheduled a delivery for today. The flower arrangement looks like it was the original order from a week ago. Completely embarrassed this was what was delivered. Absolutely shocked that a florist would deliver something that was half dead when it was their error for not delivering on the original date. If you want beautiful flowers don’t order from this florist!

I have ordered flowers from Lakeside twice, and two times the orders were wrong. This last time was for my dear friend's funeral and I specifically asked to speak to a designer to tell her what I wanted. The arrangement, while pretty, did not have the flowers or was even the color that I specifically requested. I called to explain my disappointment and was promised a call back from the owner. Never happened.

Ordered flowers for my wife for a Valentine's Day Surprise thru 1-800Flowers. Only surprise she got, was that they arrived a week late, and COMPLETELY ruined the day, because she thought I forgot about her.! Made my life HELL! I never told her I had orderered em' hoping they would arrive, MAYBE the next day, but never did. I had to call and change what the card said 3X for their inadequacy! A WEEK LATER they finally show up!nI will never use this florist again. Thanks for a miserable week!!
