I called from Maryland on NEW YEARS EVE DAY and ordered a $150 birthday bouquet for my Mom's 80th birthday to be delivered that day. The super nice lady on the phone guaranteed me that they would get them there. I was pretty skeptical that that would happen given that it was New years Eve day. Not only did they arrive within 3 hours of placing the order, but the bouquet is stunningly beautiful!! Thank you so very much for making a tough day much happier.

Ordered flowers from here and they arrived on time for my wife to receive them. They were beautiful. I will definitely order flowers from here again.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered over $100 worth of flowers and they were 2 B delivered on V day and given 2 my wife N person at her job. Instead they delivered them at a time when she wasnt there. By the time she arrived at work they had been picked through by several other employees. 5 roses out of the dozen were gone. 2 out the 3 balloons were going flat and barely floated. Then on top of that one of them wasn't even the balloon I chose. When I spoke 2 the owner she was quite rude and snappy until I explained what happened. Then she was a little bit understandable. She then said that she would refund my money if I wanted if I brought the flowers back or I could get them replaced. Upon return I asked if they could just delivered some more flowers 4 my wife's B day instead of a return. She said yes and that she would personally deliver them herself. My wife's B day came around and nothing came. I was furious 4 depending on them and being let down twice. I can understand mistakes happen but the 2nd time it should of been right. My wife thought the V day flowers were terrible looking. Everytime I called 2 speak the Nana herself they say she isnt there. Spoke 2 her husband which also helps run the store and he said he couldn't help me. That the arrangement was between his wife and I. I just had 2 count that $115 as a loss.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered the deluxe from Pro Flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered Friday. Delivered a day earlier a group of flowers that I wouldn’t have paid $10 for, much less $75! Boquet was less than 12 inches high and 6 inches wide. RIP OFF! Trying to get a refund but they won’t answer their phone!
