Our world is under COVID-19 restrictions and my husband just got a call from Melanie at the Erlanger, KY location asking if we were going to do the memorial for his mother soon. She has upset him again. I will not recommend their services.

We recently had a sudden loss and had no idea what the procedures were. Danica and Jason ,at Newcomer, handled everything for me,They were so sympathetic and kind,the entire staff from ,beginning to end ,were so caring and helpful.The family of Jeff Orso are so appreciative.

I want to share our experience with Newcomers. We lost a son suddenly and didn't know where to turn, so we called Newcomers. They we're willing to help and to answer all the questions we had at this sad time in our lives. We met with Mark and Melanie who were by the side of our family through the whole journey. They immediately jumped into action to not only plan the funeral, but to make sure our son was at the facility before we had left. These people have a special place in our hearts as well a heaven. They made a difficult time, flawless for all of us! They genuinely asked us repeatedly if we needed anything and if we were ok. They worked meticulously to make sure everything was perfect and that our son had a proper burial. We cannot thank you enough!

Newcomer in Erlanger handled the services for my step-father and I can not say enough about them, if I could give them 10 or more stars I would. They went above and beyond for my mother especially Mark Ratliff the funeral director, Melanie Fallon, the lady that we talked to in the office and Victoria Beck the lady who was at the funeral and the Cemetery. Everything was handled with the upmost compassion and professionalism from start to finish.nnI would without hesitation recommend them to any family who has experienced a family member passing away.

Melanie Fallon (Erlanger/NKY) was my first point of contact. She is a wonderful representative for Newcomer, she was so professional and put me at ease immediately. She also handled the video for my mom and did a wonderful job. She turned me over to Jason Gulley, the director who guided me through the funeral arrangements. Melanie spoke highly of Jason and my family and I were not disappointed. Jason was patient, kind, caring, professional and since this was first time making funeral arrangements, I am sure I was exhausting with so many questions. Their website is has so much helpful information. The entire staff provided exceptional service form those who transported my mom to the funeral home to Melanie and Jason with the planning and then the entire staff the day of the funeral service. Everything was arranged perfectly the day of the service and the accommodations were outstanding. I sincerely recommend Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions in Erlanger, KY.
