My family and I used them on April 6, 2019 for my grandmother. On that particular weekend it was suppose to rain (which it did, all day), in that case we needed a Funeral Home to hold her body until she could be place to rest. To be honest He should have never open the gravesite because it was raining to hard and too much. Mr Dorsey would only do it if we allowed his Funeral Home to do the opening and closing. We informed him that we had someone else to do that part, we just needed a place to hold her body. Once we informed him of the person who would be doing it his exact words “ oh no I don’t deal with him because he’s shady and don’t do the job correctly”. Well as of July 14, 2019, my grandmother gravesite is still not completed correctly. Mind you he has gotten paid for his service because he was paid by the insurance company. He won’t return our calls and he won’t complete the work. On June 19th we schedule to meet with him at the gravesite, but he went out before us threw some dirty on the grave and left. When we went to the Funeral Home the secretary tried calling him but he still wouldn’t return her call so we left and my grandmother gravesite still wasn’t completed correctly. How can a man that’s suppose to be here at a time of need, be so cold hearted. His father would have never allowed this to happen. We grew up using this Furneal Home going back to my great grandmother. I can understand about, they can’t do it when it’s raining but it hasn’t been raining where He couldn’t ensure the work has been completed. There has been days where it has been hot and dry enough for my grandmother site to be completed. All I want is my grandmother gravesite to be done correctly. I’ll be going to Elm Mott on July 19,2019, to see if he has corrected his mistake and if not I’ll be posting pictures just to show how this Funeral Home do family members that has lost a love one.

I must say, this funeral home staff is very friendly and comforting to the family of the deceased. They made an effort to come to the location of the incident, and offered their services to us, as we were so lost, especially after an unexpected tragic death to an immediate family member. They told the family we would have nothing to worry about & that everything would be taken care of. We were broke & had nothing to offer, and they were so kind & willing to extend their kindness in our direction. The makeup wasn't the best, but a family member put her finishing touches before the final service. The building needed some updates, and the bathrooms were half working.. other than that they were such a Good send in our desperate time of need.

My whole family does business with this funeral home. They are pricey but they work with you and they have your deceased looking like there self. J

Wasn’t pleased at all with them and they didn’t work with me paid them every penny to the door my mother was put on the back of a truck and family members put her in the ground.
