The snow storm made it hard for the store to get the fruit but they were very honest about it and let me know when my arrangement could be delivered and it was delivered on the day promised. Ordered a fondue set for my mom as she has been going through a rough time. (I live 2 hours away) They “couldn’t get in contact” and told me this an hour before closing. Nothing but excuses!!
Edible arrangements they're beautiful they're put together nice they're firm for traveling but they are a little pricey but I guess if you want something nice you have to pay for it that's just my philosophy your local guide Fritz case
Placed an order online for a delivery of a Swizzle Strawberry and banana package for my fiancé. My fiancé sent me a picture of his package and it wasn’t the correct order. I called the Waco store to ask what happened and the girl working asked “so, what do you want me to do about it?” She continued to tell me it’s only a $5 difference and she’s not going to give me anything free. I don’t need/want anything free little girl. I expected some decent customer service.
