This place has been THE BEST around in the hunt county area for as far back as I can remember. Lana has ALWAYS been very kind to anyone that has called or come in personally, even when the people didn't really deserve her kindness.
Called to have flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday. I live in Ohio so this business I took the word of the reviews and ordered....RUDE RUDE RUDE is all I can say. Not a normal day for my sister not to be home at the time of delivery and the message she left was absolutely unprofessional. Refused to resend the flowere and told my sister if she wanted them she had to go get them. If it wasn't for the money already deducted from my account I would stop payment. I'm hoping the flowers are at least worth the money I paid.
Would like to clarify Tammy Lambright's review. I was present at the time all this took place. Lana made the 20 mile round trip 3 times in an attempt to deliver the flowers. Mrs. Lambright said in the first call her sister would be home all day. Lana made the delivery and nobody was there, but she left them. Mrs. Lambright then called and said her sister would not be home until after 6:30. Lana went back out and got the flowers so they would not be ruined. When she went back at 6:30 as Mrs. Lambright directed, the gate was locked with a no trespassing sign and that trespassers would be shot. Lana called Mrs. Lambright and left a message (not a rude one) she was unable to deliver and why. She was not rude at all. Lana left with me and another lady the very next morning for a weekend vacation. The three of us were in the car together when Mrs. Lambright called Lana and tore into her verbally. I finally took the phone from Lana and hung it up. Mrs. Lambright has not been out one red cent as Lana has not processed her charge card purchases. I CAN ATTEST THIS WOMAN, TAMMY LAMBRIGHT, LIED more than once in her review. Lana offered to make another arrangement and deliver on Monday when we returned, but Mrs. Lambright was very ugly was about that even.
