I ordered flowers through their website and they were out if what I ordered so the lady called me to let me know. She told me she would make me another one and it was gonna be beautiful, I asked if it at least had white flowers like the one I had ordered online which was over $100 and she said yes. When my friend messaged me to thank me she sent me a picture of what I sent her and it was nothing like I pictured. The messaged was written out on what looks like a post it almost AND ITS MISSPELLED! How sad to do something like this when we are trying to show our sympathy. Very disappointing.

They have always done a wonderful job for my loved ones very comfortable in a time of pain.
Unwilling to help. Very difficult and rude when I called.
