VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!nI ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in Waskom, TX. I asked to be sure they would deliver there and was told they would. I was charge $15.00 for delivery. The flowers were NOT delivered and my friend was called 4 days later and told she had to pick them up. WHAT???!!! I used this florist because of the great reviews. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars.

I was at work Thursday morning and I was surprised with a dozen long stem roses beautifully placed in a vase with all the little extras and 2 huge red bows. The flowers really made my day. I smile every time I walk by them.

They were great when I ordered in the past. This year I ordered nearly two weeks in advance yet I was warned that they may need to replace some flowers. What was supposed to be a pink-themed arrangement ended being mainly white and everything looked all over the place. I even ordered a larger size that added extra big, bright roses, but those were replaced with more white. When I was warned they said maybe some light pinks will end up being a darker pink which was fine by me, but the end result looked practically nothing like what I ordered as well as the filler greenery. At least 50% of the bouquet was replaced with alternatives. You would think ordering weeks in advance could at least get you a couple of colored roses, maybe a few dusty millers like in the picture on the site, but alas, I guess none were available. Unless there was a sudden influx of Valentine surprisers who all happened to order a month in advance, it's hard to believe this was an issue when it never happened in the past. Pretty disappointing Valentine's this year. I trust that I got a bouquet of equal value, but the outcome barely resembles anything I had in mind. Staff is nice though~

Hey guys,nI haven't been to the flower shop, but I ordered a standing spray for my uncle who passed away. The lady I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She promised to make a beautiful spray for my uncle who was a military man and she did. My cousin called and said it was gorgeous. It matched the theme of red, white, and blue. I would like to thank Rainbow Floral for making a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my uncle. God bless everyone.

It was for a funeral on Sunday and visitation was that night and I wanted something silk that was pretty and could be taken home by his wife. Janice offered to text me some pictures and I picked out what was needed. She followed up with a phone call to confirm everything.]nThere you have it! Excellent Service & Customer satisfaction. I'm an old florist myself and she went out of her way to make sure I was pleased. She DID NOT have to do that but I could quickly tell that's just what kind of person she is. Thank you again Janice.
