Danny, the owner and funeral director, has definitely found and followed his calling! He is amazing at what he does, and his personal touch helps you and your family walk through a very difficult, and otherwise painful process, with as much ease as possible. He goes out of his way to try and simplify the process of planning and burying.a loved one. He is respectful and conscious of one’s budget, and he has a vast knowledge of various options that can save money, which he freely offers. This, of course, means that he makes less money, but it doesn’t seem to be all about that, with him. He seems honest and genuine, and he doesn’t make you feel like he’s a salesman! We have buried four beloved family members with Danny, most recently my mother-in-law. She had a small life insurance policy which would not have covered the entire cost of her burial. After asking some questions, Danny realized that she qualified to be buried at the VA cemetery, since her husband was a veteran. This saved thousand’s of dollars, and we would not have known anything about that burial option, if he had not taken the time to share this information with us. Again, this is money that he would have made directly, if he hadn’t have informed us of this option! We are grateful for his kindness and compassion, and would highly recommend his services!

our family death happened suddenly so we were not prepared. Deer park Funeral Directors was recommended by our pastor so we called them. Danny was very kind and compassionate. he took time to explain several options never once asking how much we wanted to spend or could afford. he walked me through the whole process and was with me at the end when we said goodbye to our Holly. I can't never be grateful enough for his service. I'm making final arrangements for myself since I was treated so well so when the time comes I know I will get the same courtesy.

Mr Duncan and Deer Park Funeral Directors gave my family a wonderful memorial service for my mother. Very kind and caring people.

I highly recommend choosing this funeral home. Danny was amazing. I was an emotional mess and he was very supportive, and made sure everything went exactly how I wanted it. Also very affordable!! I can't remember the name of the lady who did the makeup, but she did an excellent job! I have seen people overly made up, or a totally different color, or just something being off. This was not the case here. My mother looked like she herself! I was VERY relieved! A stress free experience!

Danny and his staff are very compassionate about their work and its shown in how they conduct their business. Danny listens to your needs and explains all costs involved and executes everything to the very end. My mother passed away on the 27th of January and all I can say is everything went as planned. On another note the Father and Son that came to pick up my mother handled her with dignity and compassion and would like to thank them. The funeral home may be a ways out but it is well worth it.
