The company was able to get an order that I placed at 8:52 am delivered by 1:30pm. The flowers were beautiful but the balloons were supposed to say congratulations. It was a surprise for passing the state’s Bar exam. The balloons said good luck and thinking of you. Not quite the message I intended to send but she loved the flowers. ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

We had an amazing experience with this florist. We ordered 4 arrangements for a funeral and they were all absolutely GORGEOUS! We spoke to 2 different people when placing our orders and were both so friendly, knowledgeable and helful.

So I'm sure these people are great florist and I ordered from them from their great reviews. But buyer beware, they subcontracted out my order to a company that was the reason I ordered from them to begin with. This meant that my wife's valentine surprise was ruined again this year by the florist that I left to go to this florist. Not only was the surprise ruined but between the two company owners they could do no better than delivering the flowers over an hour after my daughters at the same address. Just make sure they are the ones fulfilling the order so you can benefit from the great reviews.

I ordered some flowers online at this location in Pasadena today at 10:30am (08/07/2020). I figured they would arrive sooner given how close it is to the delivery address but it turns out they are coming from The Beehive Florist in Baytown. The website has no mention of this switch. I found out when I received an email from The Beehive, aside from Burleson’s earlier email that also confirmed my order at 11:25am. By the way there’s no time frame on when you can expect the flowers to be delivered provided in the email or online. It is now 2:50pm. and I called the Beehive to find out the status of my arrangement. They were waiting for a delivery person to come back from Pasadena to come get other orders including mine. The arrangement has arrived at 3:50pm and was as pictured online but if you are expecting it to come from close by or want it there at a certain time I’d recommend you look elsewhere. They should specify to customers online where it’s coming from. I gave 3 stars because of the inconvenience.

Burleson handled my Wedding flowers, and my expectations were exceeded. The flowers were beautiful, and Kelly was so easy to work with from start to finish! She gave great recommendations, stayed in my budget, listened to what I wanted, and was joyful in the process of doing so. I had several special requests, and they were all met beautifully.
