They did an amazing job on my husband. They helped me get the Veteran's footstone for him as well as for my Daddy who passed away in 2008.
Was very helpful and friendly and took very good care of myself and everyone else. Have used them twice now and will use them again.
I believe they were fast, effective, and thorough. Listened well and then offered up helpful suggestions to assist in the difficult decisions. The service was clean and went as expected. Mrs. Gage went out of her way to be helpful. Thank you all for your consistent and thoughtful assistance.
This funeral home should be shut down. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with a funeral home that was disrespectful, inconsiderate, and inaccurate. My family was lied to, hung up on over the phone, and the contact we had was rude and had no direct customer skills at all with griefing clients. This funeral home and the contact we had should be ashamed of themselves.
I did not like this funeral home it was. Like visiting my mom at the morgue she was wrapped in plastic with a sheet draped over her never in my life had I ever seen anyone done that way she was being cremated so why couldn't they dress her and at least let us borrow a coffin just for the viewing if nothing else to show compassi on n to the family who just lost there mother my ex husband was cremated by the funeral home dressed him and let my ex mother n law borrow coffin they new he was being cremated it just makes me sick that money is the value of our lives I would never use this funeral home again nor would I recommend it to anyone ashamed my mom was done this way just shows us how much our lives are valued I hope no one else mom gets done this way I've been sick ever since I saw my poor dear mother that way will never get that image outa my head
