Our favorite go to vet in the Richmond area. They are very knowledgeable and never had any issues with their service. All of the staff and doctors have always been nice and helpful. They are also open to walk-ins on Saturday morning which had been very helpful several times. Warning: A lot of people find this service helpful too, so it can be slow. Get there early for quicker service. If your looking for a new vet you should definitely consider this one.
Our pets (two dogs) always seem to have a great experience when we board them at Rose-Rich. They are not stressed and seem to be very calm and content when we pick them up. The Vets and staff are all fantastic and truly treat our pets as if they were their own. We live in Houston and there are many places we could use that are much closer but Rose-Rich far exceeds any other Vet or boarding facility we have ever utilized. Great care and great service. I love Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic. They are always very professional and friendly. Their services & support go beyond what’s just required. They always keep the animals lives and well-being in mind along with your own feelings & concerns. They are the best!
The entire staff from reception, to vet tech, to veterinarian cared for my pet as if she were their own. Even after having an anesthetic procedure, my pet's return to normalcy was incredible. The positive experience thwarts any reservations regarding scheduling another pet's procedure. Job well done!
I am so appreciative of Rose Rich. My dog had a severe skin infection and I called right when they opened in the morning and asked if it was possible to come in without an appointment since it was an urgent matter. Without hesitation, they allowed me to bring my dog in and they took such good care of him! I'm honestly so happy with all the staff and their professionalism over at Rose Rich. I've been to a few vets for my dog and Rose Rich is by far the best one! Thank you all so much.
