I was a previous resident of Richmond and recently moved to Lubbock. I knew Terra Flora would literally knock my request outta the park. I requested a funeral floral spray from a group of softball girls who were lucky enough to have this guy as their coach. I’m in awe of their detail and how easy it was to order exactly what I wanted eight hours away. Thank you again for your beautiful work!
I placed an order today for delivery and I just wanted to say this place had a very courteous and team of staff. I would also like to emphasize that I was very impressed with the quality of the bouquet arrangement and flowers. It was way more stunning than the picture on the website! I ordered the Pink Blush arrangement. Carmen the delivery driver was also very friendly and kept me updated throughout the delivery process. I will definitely keep making business here!
I was recently gifted a dish garden plant from Terra Flora and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the product. When I called to ask about details of the plant, I found the customer service to be top-notch. They really took the time to address all of my concerns and taught me how to care for the plant. When I move apartments soon, I’m going to buy more plants from them to tie the place together!
