Bloomin' Junction in LaGrange is super UNPROFESSIONAL.nnI am 4 1/2 hours away from my grandmother and can’t go see her due to my work schedule. So we sent her flowers for her birthday yesterday. The flowers they delivered were NOT anywhere near what we ordered. They claimed they were worth the same price but I doubt it. I called them today and told them we were not happy with their service and the lady never apologized and just asked me what I wanted her to do about it. The kid (I call her a kid because she definitely acted like one) who worked there suggested sending another arrangement that was around the same price we paid the first time to her from them, which I was completely okay with until it was delivered and we saw the note. I am so upset with how they wanted to handle this situation. The note said “ Sorry the flowers from yesterday were not up to the senders standards. Please accept these from us to please the sender. Blooming Junction”

Horrible experience with Bloomin Junction. Worst part wasn’t even the lack of quality of the arrangement I received. It was the customer service, or lack there of from Brooke Smith. I called, and had no answer, then followed up with an email to voice my concern. Her email reply only addressed the substitution policy on their website. And that I should have chosen that. No apology at all or offer to right the situation. They accepted no responsibility. My reply said I did not choose the no substitution option, because I had faith and trust that they would deliver a quality arrangement with or without substitutions. And I understood that arrangements cannot always be replicated as the picture because of seasonal availability, but the lack of height of the arrangement, the lack of flowers, fullness and variety was not comparable to what I ordered and price I paid. All in all, horrible experience. I want to believe that this was a one time thing or fluke, but from what I saw my sister had two very sad, underwhelming flower arrangements delivered to her on her birthday!

I live in MN, they are in Texas. I called in an order for my wife in nearby Roundtop. They were fantastic. Quick to say they would deliver (nearly 20 miles). Easy to order and my wife said she was crying when she saw the arrangement. Great job!
