service was fine my flowers we not. I ordered wax flowers to arrange on my wedding cake the next day. i had my father pick them up to bring to the venue. my father doesnt have very good vision otherwise he would have noticed that more than half of them were covered in mildew! the florist knew full well these were meant for a cake. i was to busy to go to the florist and decided well just have to remove what is bad and use the rest so we did that and stored the rest properly. the next day when my wedding cake arrives we go to get the wax flowers only to realize that the black spores had spread to all of them in a 24 hour period. one of the things i was most looking forward to was my beautiful cake covered in the flowers and greenery. i am very disappointed that they would sell those to my father knowing the were going on something that would be eaten. i don't plan on using frogs and flamingos ever again.
I received a beautiful bouquet from Frogs and Flamingos today. My husband told me that the person he spoke with was very patient and went through what types of flowers they had since he was not sure what to get. The arrangement was perfect and it was a same day delivery.
I wish I could show the picture. A dollar store clear vase with lack luster flowers small arrangement and paid 100.00. Will never use this place again. Rip off people they think are out of town and will never see them. Shame on you!!
