New to the area and took two of our girls here for annual exam and vaccinations. Everyone in the clinic genuinely cares for animals and were very sweet to the pups. Courteous and professional service and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I’ve taken 2 of our cats here and really did love them. BUT 2 times now I’ve had a very sick pet and when I call and tell them they say we are booked can you bring them 4 days from now?? Ummm no they might be dead by then! No worries Gully Animal hospital in Midlothian was able to work us in to make sure my pet didn’t die of dehydration. One time being to busy I understand but twice I’m for sure not using this veterinarian for my pets, they deserve a Doctor with compassion for animals in need of care ! Even a next day appointment or as soon as they opened would have been acceptable but 4 days???

They were great. They got in me the same day within 2 hours of my call. My puppy needed his first round of shots and they got him in quickly. The staff was great with him and they made a new friend he didnt want to leave lol. I definitely recommend this vet.

Waited well over an hour after my appointment time just for the vet to look at my dog for 5 minutes in the exam room just for her to come out to me and ask a ton of questions in a condescending manner. My dog has been having some very uncharacteristic problems and the only thing the. vet could come up with was to change her diet. She didn't care to actually try to help, instead she continued to argue that the problem was simply her diet... and here I am 2 weeks later with the problems continuing. Don't waste your time and money for the vet to be dismissive and unhelpful.

Always a wonderful visit. Excellent veterinarian care for a really great price...the staff is professional and so loving to the animals.
