I have been taking my cats here, and I don't plan on taking them anywhere else. They always go above and beyond. It is always clean, and friendly staff. They are expensive though, but worth every penny.
Dr. G is very kind and a good listener. We are new here and my pups have some difficult health issues so praying they can help.
Very caring, gentle people work there, they treat each animal like it's there own. They are very detailed in there diagnosis and they communicate very effectively. I take all of our pack there. 2 dogs and 2 cats. I highly recommend!
I had just taken both of my dogs in for surgery and a dental. The lady at the front would not allow me to ask the vet any questions once I got home over the phone. My dog was not doing well after her surgery and I was told that I would have to take her to an emergency vet clinic and ask them questions because they would be closing in 20 min. I’ve since moved to another vet whose staff knows that emergencies need to be dealt with and you can’t just push off to another clinic because you want to close soon. I was very disappointed in how they treated me in an emergency. When I was convenient for them, they were kind. But when it was almost closing time, they were not. We live nextdoor and this place is walking distance from the house, but I don’t feel safe having my fur babies come here now.nnFor every day it’s probably fine. Just hope you don’t have anything serious happen.nnThe response below from the vet is untrue. I had try to get a response from them directly and only now have they responded publicly that I posted a review online... I still have not got a call back from the vet directly.
We have taken our pets here for 6 years and have received wonderful care from all who work there.
