Very disappointed, I would not recommend them for floral arrangements. I ordered flowers last minute to be delivered to my mom for Valentine’s Day and the bouquet my mom received was definitely not as full as it was pictured online. I thought you know what, it was a major holiday for floral arrangements and I ordered last minute (maybe they were cutting it close on flowers) so I’ll give them another chance. This morning, November 10, around 7am I ordered another bouquet. I didn’t think it would be a problem fulfilling the order being that it’s not a holiday, plus they already offer same day delivery if ordered early enough in the day. When I came home I saw the bouquet and I was so disappointed. Once again it was smaller than what was pictured and this time the substituted flowers weren’t even the same color, they put in way more purple flowers than were pictured. In addition to that, the substitutions appeared to be cheap filler flowers, not a single large flower in the bouquet, and they were poorly arranged at that. It definitely did not look like the picture to me, I even paid for the ‘best’ (biggest) bouquet. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it honestly looked like one of those piddly bouquets you can buy at the grocery store for $25. Definitely not a $75+ professional quality bouquet. I understand they may not be able to get a bouquet to match perfectly flower wise, but at least size wise there shouldn’t be any variation! If they can’t fulfill the item to look very close to the picture then they really shouldn’t offer the item at all. I knew they had a substitution policy when I placed the order, but I didn’t think it would look like a different bouquet! Sadly I will not be a returning customer. I will be giving my floral business to the other shop in town from now on; at least you get professional quality arrangements that look like the picture.

My parents sent me flowers while I was in the hospital less then a week ago and they are dead already. My mom called and said something and the lady that answered was very rude to her. Also my mom placed the order in the morning and they did not get delivered until 5 PM. I had a sunflower also in the mixture and that was dead before it even got to my room. But the lady told my mom it was not even opened up yet. Ya right!!! We will never go there again!!!

Very nice flower shop. I didn't get a chance to walk through the whole store, but everything I saw looked nice and fresh. I was very impressed!!

LOVE this place! Everyone who sees the flowers I'm gifted from this store goes Gaga saying they are the most beautiful arrangements they've ever seen. Also I can show -up with any gifting or decorating problem and they really solve the problem with me. No one in my family ever goes anywhere else for flowers or creative gifting.

Love this place! Their staff is super friendly, I always love stopping by and talking with the girls. They do some pretty amazing and very creative work. And they have so much more than just flowers. They have some really good wines and chocolates. Their baking sriff is pretty darn scrumptious too!
