Just brought our rescue (we have had him 6months) for a quick check up and to establish him with Dr.K. From the minute we arrived until the end of the visit the staff was attentive and caring. Dr.K is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. She takes the time to listen to concerns and offers realistic options to address them. She has a great rapport with all of our pets and they are excited to see her when we visit. I appreciate her pro active stance in veterinary medicine helping me ensure we can keep our pets healthy. Dr. K has been our vet for 5 years prior to her move to City Vet. She has always ensured we have a complete picture of the overall health of our pets. It’s for these reasons I highly recommend City Vet Prosper and Dr. K.
Dr. K. is the best! She was my favorite vet EVER, and when she left Aubrey a few years ago it was a sad, sad day. BUT now she is back. I have every confidence my sweet fur babies will get the best care available.
First time customer. They were able to squeeze me in for my puppies first visit. Really enjoyed the customer service I received through the whole process. I haven’t had a puppy in almost 11 years. I was kind of acting like a new pawrent and called numerous times before the appointment. Very professional staff and the staff went above and beyond! Looking forward to using them going forward. Dr. K was very friendly and explained everything over the phone in detail while Dollie Mae was in her care. They are still doing curbside with no in person contact just yet. Of course this is a little nerve racking not to be there to comfort our pup, but Dollie Mae was just fine and in great hands. Thank you CityVet Staff!
Everyone at CityVet was so nice. My senior dog woke up with a swollen keg and they got her in same day (within hours actually.) Because of Covid I couldn't go in with her, but the staff was very caring and explained everything that she needed. Dr. Michael and Caitlin were very professional and had great bedside manner. Will definitely take my pets there again.
Dr. Chafin and his staff are amazing. I was really nervous about the procedure my dog needed but they put me at ease by answering all my questions and calling me with updates. Recovery is going way better than I ever thought and I know it’s because of the extra special care she received.
