I feel that my fur babies get the best care here. The doctors are friendly and always explain things so well. They make me feel like I am important and my feelings matter. It is worth the money because of the quality of care. These doctors really do have a passion for their work.
We have been taking our pets to Willow Brook since 1997, when we moved here from Oklahoma City. They have helped us through the hard times with comfort and understanding. They have also rejoiced with us over a new pet or successful surgery. We love everyone there from Sammie and Doc to the front desk and vet techs. My fur baby has been coming to this vet clinic since I got her and they have always done a good job with taking care of her. They answer all of my questions and are so nice! Recently my fur baby had a tick in her arm and I could not get it out. They scheduled for her to come in and didn’t even really have the availability, so I’m super grateful! When I get more doggies this will be there vet also.
Dr Hayes and the entire staff are professional and kind. The care my sweet Coach received afforded me two additional months to love on him and prepare for his transition. They did not rush me during that difficult time and demonstrated so much kindness. Dr Hayes stood with me and gently rubbed my big boy as I held him and cried. I was also allowed as much time as needed to say my final goodbye. I was a wreck and I applaud the manner in which the business end is handled. They do not collect any fees on the day your fur baby is put to rest. The staff repeatedly checked on me and did not allow Covid to prevent me from bringing a friend for support. If I ever need a veterinarian again I will definitely return to Willow Brook
We brought our little Yorkie here to get treated and they made her feel a whole lot better. They also gave me great care advice since she is older now, which i greatly appreciated. Highly recomendable.......
