Thank you for creating a beautiful arrangement for my sonshine's funeral. Your kindness and compassion assisting my family during this time was greatly appreciated.
A order was placed and a specific address was provided for the arrangement to be sent to. The florist decided to take the arrangement to another location and then called to say that it would be a $15 dollar delivery cost to deliver the arrangement to the original address listed. Due to the circumstances (arrangements for a funeral)I paid the $15 dollar delivery cost. To conclude I was charged two fees for delivery. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Did a great delivery job
I ordered flowers and was thankful they came out exactly how I had hoped. I saw many bad reviews but they did a really great job. What I wanted to order (a cross with flowers on it) wasn't pictured on their website but it came out exactly how I hoped. Thank you Desoto Florists.
I definitely love this place. For my moms birthday, mothers day, or for special occasions, they always have the most beautiful flower arrangements. I definitely recommend this place!
