Dr. Greenwell is the best vet. He cares so much for my dog & so does his amazing staff. My dog actually loves going to the vet because everyone there is always so kind. They help with everything & if you need them they get you an appointment right then. They definitely get 5 paw rating.

The staff are always so nice, professional and courteous. The job they do to take care of my pet, as well as all others, is the best. My family moved to McKinney from Plano and we still take our dog to Russell Creek!

Grooming was a hack job. They kept indicating without warrant how busy they were, however I ignored. My thoughts, it shouldn’t affect the grooming side. Boy was I wrong. As I’m checking in, the associate is paged to the back in mid sentence and never returns, then I’m standing there and another assistant ask regarding me just standing there for a length of time.nThe groomer did a hack job on my dog. Uneven lengths of hair, longer patches of hair throughout. Hair in between paws, hack job! This is vital for dogs! Hair cut were instructed not to cut! Face shape changed by the shape of the hack job, I wanted to cry initially seeing my pup. I am highly upset. Their reasoning, because she is a pup is not going to form right away the way you want a haircut to look. I never knew a haircut forms by itself. Also, I’ve cut hair for 15yrs, I know a HACK JOB, when I see one, dog or human. I am highly dissatisfied and I paid for services prior to picking her up.nTo top it off I brought my cat in also for grooming this same appt. They call and say she has to be put to sleep for $90, my cat has NEVER had to be put to sleep for a bath.I believe my dogs haircut was rushed and she simply didn’t want to take the time for my cat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE FOR GROOMING.

The entire staff is wonderful! It’s always a great experience for me and my cat. They are very thorough and I highly recommend them!
