Loved the staff, the front desk staff is very kind and understanding. We met with one vet which he mentioned has been in this line of work for 12+ years; he is amazing. Love how in depth he does his exams and how he explains all of his evaluations and how he came to those conclusions. However we did meet with another vet which kinda contradicted what the first vet said. We were a bit confused in that situation. But overall good service.
I can't say enough about the doctor's and staff that work here. They made you feel at home with your fur babies. My dog had an emergency surgery on a Friday night and also we were new patients. They welcomed us, helped calm my nerves, answered all my questions, and never made us feel rushed. They are very affordable and truly care about your babies. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed in this place. We will be back and we live almost 30 min away but worth the drive for compassionate caring doctor's and staff. Thank you again for saving my baby!
Dr. Singh and Marlena, along with the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I called because my cat had ear mites, they got me in that afternoon, and the visit went well. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again for all my vet needs, and highly recommend it.
Had to put my 14 year old dog down today, of course these things always happen on a weekend. I had never been here before but they quickly got me in and were extremely courteous and accommodating. We had to put another dog down a year ago and went to another veterinarian hospital that was open on the weekend, the cost for identical procedure, euthanasia, private cremation and the exact same urn was double what I paid today. So hats off to these guys for being all the things I said above, plus they aren’t putting the screws to you when you are in a crisis.
Very nice. Very thorough. Very reasonable. They always follow up and treat the animals with love. I have used many vets throughout the years. This group is the best.
