Absolutely fantastic, the staff walk you through the possible procedures before they even take your pet into treatment. They let you know what the price is going to be before you check in and again before they continue with treatment. The doctors are extremely kind and walk you through all the options available to you. Without a doubt the best emergency experience I could have hoped for. Our dog thinks he is being kidnapped any time someone other than us takes him anywhere and the staff was incredible about making him feel secure and following them in.

They were absolutely amazing and took amazing care of our fur baby. They had his best interest in mind and gave honest helpful guidance of care. No wait. Amazing, kind staff. They even called the day after to follow up to see how he was doing/recovering. I would highly recommend!
My baby Bartholomew had an abscess tooth that ruptured and I rushed him immediately here. He is doing better. They gave him an antibiotic shot that stays in the system for 10 to 14 days and they gave me liquid antibiotics to give him morning and night. I can’t say enough amazing things about emergency animal hospital of Collin county! They were true professionals and very compassionate and took great care of my sweet Bartholomew. Now I just have to clean the abscess 2 to 3 times a day and continue giving him the antibiotics. Hopefully he’ll start feeling a lot better soon. They told me to keep an eye on it for the next 4 to 5 days and referred me to an incredible specialist if he has any issues. My Mew baby and I thank all of you incredible people at this facility for your incredible care.
The staff and doctors took great care of our pup who had hurt his front right leg very late on a Friday evening. They explained everything they did, and the procedures in great details and made sure we understood each step of the process. Ultimately he needed X-rays, and a splint, but fortunately there was no damage and he was bouncing around the house again in a couple days. We really appreciate the team and if we ever need their services again, we will not hesitate to go back.
