Spoke with surgeon multiple times to answer all my questions and corresponded via email. Staff on phone and those doing check in/out were very friendly and helpful. After care instructions given verbally on phone and followed up with written instructions which were very handy. Appreciated that my dogs nails were clipped as a courtesy while she was in for other procedures. It was just so thoughtful. Expertise and care of my best furry friend is what I appreciate most.
Amazing people here. So informative and patient with all my questions about my baby. He's home and resting up and they did such an amazing job. I love the in depth explanations they give to numerous questions I asked. I like being able to actually fully understand what is happening with him medically instead of having big terms thrown at me without understanding them.
Dr. Bertrand was VERY concise and thorough in explaining our dogs options for hip replacement. He delivered very important information in an easily digestible way and answered most of our questions before even asking. The concise manner in which the very important information was delivered to us, it's obvious Dr. Bertrand is an expert in his field.
The Specialists and their office staff were efficient, kind and gentle with our dog. They did an amazing job explaining the process and expectations of the procedure and recovery each time. (She had two surgeries, one on each knee.). We truly appreciate having DVSC nearby and the wonderful care they provided for our canine family member.
They took such great care of our dog Lilly. She had a TPLO surgery. Just got her home and she is doing well.....sleeping it off. Thank you....everyone is extremely helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful
