Great first visit for our kitten! Very pleased with the service. We look forward to continuing to get his care here!

We are a first time dog owner and were a little lot on what to do and what to expect. The staff at this location was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. Doctor Shanti who saw our dog was excellent. He took the time to come out and meet us. He also very patiently answered our questions and provided report of his observations.nI would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their pet.

After many years of using this pet clinic, I will not be after today. Always have had bad customer service and rude people at check in, unresponsiveness, no return phone calls, etc. but put up with it due to convenience. Today, I called to ask if they could evaluate my sick dog (called hours before closing) to see if it was an emergency situation or not and they refused. Incompetence or just lack of true concern for a dog that has been under their care for many years? Either way, I advise you chose a vet that actually cares and you’re not just a number.

Our diabetic 15 year old cat took a rapid turn for the worse and we decided it was time to end his suffering. Despite having never been clients at Banfield previously, we called and they were about to squeeze us in the same day. The staff was very compassionate and made a difficult process as easy as possible.

Theyre great with my dog who hates going to the vet. However, everytime ive gone, it seems like a long wait for something as simple as picking up medication. I came today to pick up my dogs preventative medication, they took 45 minutes to get it. I could tell the girl who helped me was new and kept having to ask her coworker for help, and her coworker was clearly frustrated about It. I have a wellness plan which Im pretty sure covers my medication but was still charged for it. I had waited so long, and was running late that I didnt want to fight her on it. I paid the 34$ and left. Well, as im coming home, she forgot one of my dogs meds. I only received the heart and worm medication and not the flea and tick. I know for a fact every time I have gone, I get one chewable pill and one syringe with medication that Im pretty sure is called Monojet or similar. I dont even feel like calling up the hospital anymore because theyre most likely busy and not going to be of any help to me.
