Banfield Pet Hospital

I took my cattle dog here for a deep teeth cleaning. They took such good care of him and his teeth look great! Great service and great price. Also the vet techs are so sweet!

Everyone is always so nice and happy to see our pups. Cash and Waylon seem at ease when they have to go back and that is a nice feeling.

The receptionist is so rude! Totally ignored the fact I walked up a few feet away from the desk waited to be greeted for my appointment he was speaking with the guest who even became uncomfortable with continuing the side conversation and stated “ let me let you get back to work” and he continued to talk to her about other things non pet related ...when he was ready he sat down and called me to the desk and didn’t even greet my pet (which is overly friendly and that happens to be her favorite part about the vet experience) I stated to him I booked and confirmed an appointment for 4:30pm but I saw one early for 2pm he pretended to only see the one for 4:30pm and asked my pets name not until I told him I had a confirmed email for 2pm did he state “well the person at 2pm hasn’t confirmed so I guess you can go” I ignored the comment and said thank you fast forward the vet tech came out and he explained the situation and mentioned that that we didn’t confirm the appt again I ignored the comment the vet tech was super helpful and friendly in attempt to changed the narrative of the visit or that was just her being great at her job while waiting I witness this receptionist greeting another dog and even hugging the dog to clearly show the lack in service he provided to myself and my pet I almost never write reviews but this was my second experience with this guy and I hope he receives this feedback on how terrible his hospitality skills are so he can decide to fix it or choose another profession I’m seriously considering canceling my dogs insurance and not visiting another Banfield

The staff here is incredible. I’m a new dog owner and always have a ton of questions and worries. They are so patient with me and very helpful. Best of all my boxer puppy LOVES them! He is never scared to leave me and go with the techs. Thank you guys for being so wonderful!
