I always wait an hour easily. If the appointments run longer they have to schedule accordingly. My puppy really gets restless. Looking for a better vet as I am don’t with this.

After making an appointment for 1045 and checking in they said they were running 'on time' then sent me to the car to wait for another 50min with no call...I had to call twice. I'm now at their competitor! Manage your business better!
I love this place! I've been taking my pets there for 15 years and they are so caring. They have had to put a couple of my babies to sleep and they do it so compassionately.
