When I first moved here I took my dog here hoping to find a primary vet for my dog. When I arrived I was met with a $300+ invoice before the vet even laid eyes on my dog. The vet kept referring to my dog as a he when my dog is a she. I was not able to observe my dog getting her shots and other things done to her as they took her to the back for no one to see. I left the place crying. I decided to give them another chance by boarding her over Christmas and while she was there they administered 2 medications without calling and getting my consent. I had no idea she was sick! My dog is seen as a dollar sign and I will never bring my dog back to that place.

Dr Davis, is the most caring vet I have met. Have been going here with our pet for over 5 years.

First off, i adopted a kitten nov 5th and had an appointment to have both, my resident cat and the kitten, to get health checked before introducing them. Turns out my kitten had some issues but they took care of him. A few weeks later my resident cat gets sick and, again, they did wonderful with him. This time, my kitten had thrown up and was wobbly. I called the vet and they were able to see him right away. With just over a month, I'd already spent over $300 so i was struggling but i wanted him to be okay. I had a rough day with both my kids throwing up and now my kitten fallen ill the same day. They helped him so much. They spent over an hour with him and diagnosed him with vestibular disease and that he had a middle ear infection. The vet tech gave me her personal email to send videos of the kittens episodes since their email wasnt going through (and he wasnt wobbling for them), and they helped cover HALF of the vet bill.... the vet her self came out to see me with the vet tech to explain the schedule of my kittens meds and pre scheduled a check up in case hes not better by then. Also the vet called today to check up on him. They gave me the best Christmas gift by saving my baby AND helping covering his vet bill. I can not thank the staff enough for all they've helped me with and my fur babies in this past month in a half. To the ones who helped my Alister, thank you for everything. You are a true hero.

Every vet in this office is excellent. Very good advice and care! Our family has used them for 20 years.

Was quick but vet had a very “I’m right you’re wrong” attitude, wouldn’t listen to me, was in a rush and I’m going to have to get a second opinion now. Never going back.
