Just overall great quality care! Dr. Ford was very thorough in explaining our Marlee exam and how to take care of our puppy. Murphy Veterinary clinic will definitely be our only choice for Marlee’s care! The staff are the most friendly, knowledgeable and really love animals.

We’ve been bringing our dogs to this vet for 17 years and have been pleased for the most part. Several years ago when they built their new office an accident happened due to some negligence on their part and resulted in the death of our dog. We were very shocked and saddened, however, we felt that they did a great job in rectifying the situation so we continued to stay on. Unfortunately that 17 year relationship has ended over a miscommunication and $53. I brought my dog in SPECIFICALLY for a recurring ear infection that they had treated numerous times, and assumed that he was given the treatment he normally receives. The doctor NEVER discussed the condition of my dog’s ear or that no treatment was given. Once I figured out that no treatment had been done I called the office and was extremely put off by the lack of care or respect I received from both the receptionist and the vet. The vet stated that a conversation was had about my pet that never occurred. I believe not being able to be present while my dog was seen (due to Covid) made it difficult to understand what was or was not being done and his complete lack of communication did not help matters. When I asked the receptionist if they could treat my dog or we would need to find a new vet her response was an almost immediate, “Where would you like us the email the records?” as though they did not care one way or the other. We are beyond saddened and disappointed by the way we were treated and to see a 17 year relationship with this clinic dissolved in a dispute over $53. This was not the care that we’d been accustomed to and I do not believe that this office valued our pets or our family.

They were all very empathetic, accommodating & thorough when I ultimately had to decide if my 16 year old cat still had any quality of life. They were able to get me in on a Saturday with short notice when I couldn’t stand the thought of my baby suffering any longer. The staff & Dr. Vadell made a difficult situation just a little easier & I am so grateful for them!nnI have to add that I usually go to Dr. Pirkey & he also has the same qualities & he’s also an amazing Vet! He often goes above and beyond & he has always taken exceptional care of my fur babies!

Very clean and fast service .People at front desk and doctors are great.
