My father ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They were due to be delivered on Saturday but that afternoon I received a phone call saying they were out of flowers and I would get them the following day. The whole day passed with no delivery. Then I get a call at 10pm on Sunday night again saying they were unable to deliver but I would get them the next day. Such poor and unprofessional service. I told them to just cancel the order and refund my dad.
