My family purchase flowers as a surprise for Valentine's day thru 1 800 website and this location filled the order. The cost was over $100 and 3 days later the fresh flower part of the bouquet starting dying and some of the items that was paid for was not fulfilled. So in the end I contacted me bank to get that part fixed . But I fill this local florist should guarantee the freshness of their flowers and instead she wanted to argue like she's done this before over and over again. Imagine me Ms Love getting flowers on the Love day and the flowers dying by the 3rd day and the florist can't find my order WHERE IS THE LOVE IN THIS BUSINESS you decide

I love this place and quality is A+!nI’ve read negative reviews but the one that especially upset me was the one where the man is complaining about the store keeping a safe environment for the employees and customers by keeping the lobby closed due to COVID-19. I’m happy to know that businesses are keeping their employees and customers safe. 1800Flowers Allen has a sign in place on their front door for customers to order online or call their local number to place a pick up order.nOur state is in a pandemic and pettiness is not needed. Hidden fees, they delivered a card that was clearly for someone else’s order instead of mine. Will ignore your requests to speak with a manager after the fact and cherry pick their reviews so you can even leave them one on their website. Many other flower sites to use, don’t use them!!

I stopped by to purchase inflated roses for Valentines day and you have your lobby closed. So for many of us, buying flowers is a very personal experience. So the with the decision to not allow anyone into your establishment who follow CDC recommendations and jacking up the price collectively since last year, you are pricing this made up holiday into obscurity and your business out of desperately needed new business.nnWell I went back to Kroger where they don't shut down their flower department, continue the same great customer service as they do every year and do an incredible job for about the same cost on the same flowers. Save yourself the trouble and skip this flower fear factory called 1800flowers in Allen.nnUpdate: So after I posted this review I went and read the others, just avoid this place because it seems they cannot seem to get it right the first time. Save yourself from poor quality that you are taking a chance on by not seeing the product, and from getting a rude response. From the reviews I see that the store has either kept the rude person or they taught all the employees, “How to ruin a business relationship in under 3 seconds” and just go to Kroger or other established local flower shops in Allen.nnPS. Don't reply and tell me how I need to call and you will make it right, how about owning up to the mistakes and really turning your business around...or do you really care?
