Purchased flower's , balloon, and candy. Delivery came late in the evening and they were not even familiar with the delivery. In either case, they didn't deliver the candy. Spent 100.00 dollars. Told the manager the next day what happen, they sent another bouquet and a heart full of candy... to my neighbor..! Go figure...! (Sad).

Although busy, the man working was quick to help me and get me out of the store 100% satisfied. He also knew exactly what I was looking for and MADE something perfect for my price range. Will definitely return soon!

Stopped off to purchase a dozen of roses on the quicks. She had several arrangements made up for me to choose choose from. Very attentive and professional service. I was attended by Jazmin herself and I am very happy with my purchase. I will return.

Terrible service placed order online and called to confirm if received and stated that hadn’t received anything so went ahead to check and it was there asked for delivery if they were able to deliver today and they said yes...asking the recipient if he had received his surprise and nothing Call them back and sure enough flowers were not delivered that they lost them and couldn’t even provide a firm response...never again don’t recommend at all TERRIBLE SERVICE

Ordered 2 arrangements from FTD and this place was the local florists. Will never use FTD again. 1st arrangement was 8/10 second arrangement was 1/10.
