Banfield Pet Hospital

Today was a good day at Banfield. Friendly and helpful employee. The service desk employee he was very helpful explaining what would be done for my furbaby. But he is always friendly and helpful. The Dr. Assistant was friendly and she explained everything they did . Sorry I dont know their names. But thank you so much for caring .

My cat was diagnosed with cancer, Dr. Parker rushed me to get x-rays but now won't return calls. She could at least have the decency to return calls.

I live Dr. Ball and my cat loves her too. Always straight forward about things and informative.

Very nice staff. Well knowledgeable on my pets care and treatment and feel they handle my fur baby very well. Very satisfied

Bought wellness plan, but everytime we bring our cats in, they say they're too scared and can't do any tests or shots. Prescribed gabapentin to give to cats before visit and they said they are STILL too scared to do anything. Our cats have never had a problem with strangers or even kids. The only thing I can think is they are handling too rough. Just had a visit and my cats paw is swollen and they couldn't do anything. Literally paying for nothing with wellness plan.
