My puppy was showing lots of really bad symptoms. I called and they miraculously had an opening the same day. We were new patients and they were very quick with the intake paper work and getting my puppy in to receive treatment. They communicated with me during the entire process of their tests on my puppy. They were very thorough with everything they did and answered my endless questions. Great care and great responsiveness to helping my pup get the care she needed and on the road back to 100%
I absolutely love College Hills Veterinary Hospital. They have done routine care and emergency care for my dogs and cats. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, polite, helpful, kind, caring, and absolutely wonderful. I have been to several vets in College Station; College Hills Veterinary Hospital is my favorite, and has the best customer service bar none.
I cannot say enough about the staff and their quality of care and service. We had to sadly use these amazing people to help us take our 17 year old family member over the rainbow bridge. Which by all accounts is a horrible thing to have to do. The staff was beyond caring and professional during this experience.when I say that they are amazing I mean this from the bottom of mine and my family’s heart. Whatever your veterinary needs this is the place.
I like the how attentive and caring that they are to my furbaby.
