They were absolutely wonderful. They have the best prices and it was relatively easy to get an appointment. I do recommend you get there early. Our appointment was for 8:30 we got there at 7:45 and there were about 20 people in front of us. They do have a few picnic tables you can sit on if you're at the front. They called about 4:00 for us to come and get our male kitten we had neutered. Again we had to wait behind about 10 people to get Tucker. He is doing great.

This place is great and affordable. If you’re in a rush maybe not the best place. I got my dog spayed here and she was done within a couple of hours. Very nice desk lady and answered all my questions. Could use a bigger lobby area.

AWESOME & PROFESSIONAL PLACE!!! Very busy and lots of people were there for their pet to be seen. Talked to other customers waiting and they agreed it was busy but worth the wait and prices were great. I compared it to my other vet and wow!......the prices could not compare. I'm glad they have a heart to help the community even when people give them such a had time and some of the customers there were quite impatient and rude. Try doing that at a high priced place and see what you get !! Thanks Pet Shotz for your dedication and working with us regular folk and our pets!!!

Quick day today...nNo real long line. I was in and out...nMust say THANK YOU to Dr Rogers for the tables and tents...nIt is a GREAT ADDITION to the space. Made the wait a lot easier.

The wait is insane, like 2-4hrs before they take your pet, even if you have an appointment. It's always super chaotic. A lot of the staff is rude, I've only met one person there that was nice and respectful to me. I went to get a shot records and they told me that my dog was due for all his shots, even though I got all his boosters done a year prior, which they should have been good for 3 years, but they just took advantage of me not knowing that and charged me 60 dollars for all his shots. I highly recommend looking for other places, this place just isn't worth it.
