My husband tried to surprise me with flowers at work How awesome is that! So he found the flower shop online and ordered the flowers, about $200 for a nice arrangement and waited for a conformation, and waited.... and waited. Never receiving one, so he tried to call. The VM said that they are with someone and will call you right back. Well, after a few hours, he Googled the flower shop and found out that they have been out of business for TWO YEARS! They still have an active website, phone number, and they still will pull your money out of your account! We called our bank immediately and was able to put a fraud alert on their account, but come on! Seriously! Two years and you're still doing this.

The flowers were stunning! Fresh and the arrangement was a true work of art. Did I mention they delivered them within a couple of hours. Mary, the owner, took the order and she was absolutely lovely. I paid $185 for an arrangement that was stunning from the online photos I chose it from. I accidentally got to see what ended up being delivered & was mortified. I basically paid for a bunch of leaves in a cheap vase. I emailed, and left phone messages for a month and never heard back from anybody. I finally got someone on the phone and they were annoyed that I was even calling and wanting to send in photos of what I ordered vs what was sent. I emailed in photos and got a response days later stating my photos were not an accurate depiction of what was really sent. Um, I took the photos, it was very clear that what was sent was completely different than what I ordered and looked like a $30 bouquet of leaves from wal-mart. After a few back & forth emails they finally told me they would give me 10% off any future orders. I didn’t even ask for a full refund, but I did want some type of compensation. I am not one to ever write a negative review but I am appalled not only at what was sent, but the lack of response & the disregard for my concerns. It safe to say I will never order from here ever again!

Gerry took very good care of me in sending flowers to my mother. I would recommend them as they not only delivered the flowers on time... but they followed up with me to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone in Alamo Heights.

Ordered an arrangement for a friend who lost a love one. Never was delivered and they won't answer the phone or return my voicemails. EXTREMELY unprofessional and took my money!
