I called desperately looking for a multitude of supplies for my mother who had a severe stroke. When I called Jessica answered the phone. She answered all my questions and let me know that most of what I needed was durable medical equipment (DME). she then did something rare in this day and age. She referred me to a large scale medical supply company that could supply my needs. She even offered to get the phone number for me.nShe was delightfully friendly and helpful even though her company didn't make a sale to me at this time. We will be going to stone oak pharmacy for all our non-dme needs. Good job Jessica.

I can't help but to express my sincerest gratitude for all the many years of excellent service both my family and close friends I've referred have received from the professional and caring staff at Stone Oak Pharmacy. I think that the reason behind this is directly related to how Ernesto (Pharmacist and co-founder) leads his staff through example by demonstrating an immense level of empathetic and compassionate care while providing his unparalleled expertise when it comes to the services the pharmacy offers.nIn summary, it's evident to me that this place doesn't desire to offer you a good or service on a whim but endeavors to earn your trust and reciprocates said trust with an unfaltering commitment to always look out for your health, wellbeing and livelihood first. I'll end by emphasizing how incredibly grateful I am for each member of their staff I've gotten to know over the years.

I am going through the final stretch of my fertility treatment and ran out of my fertility shots on a late Saturday afternoon. Serious major MAJOR catastrophe. My fertility doctor is in Austin and I live in South Texas, where no pharmacies carry my very much needed shot. My doctor’s office recommended I try Stone Oaks Pharmacy and after leaving a message on their store phone I was shocked to have the pharmacist call me back himself! Ernest/Ernesto was out of town but he met me at the pharmacy late Sunday evening to fill my prescription. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, prompt, and caring this man is. No pharmacy or pharmacist would open their store up on Sunday at 7:30 PM to fill an emergency prescription, but he did. Wonderful wonderful experience and Ernesto is a wonderful pharmacist and human being. Thank you!!

Please tell the pharmacy and the patient that they're separate departments at the pharmacy. I've been given the runaround for 5 days trying to fulfill my allergy drops prescription that was not only faxed but emailed AND verbally called in and talked to the pharmacist. They finally called me yesterday that they received the prescription and had me pay over the phone before it would be filled. I just called today to check the status on it and had to fight to not be hung up on all because it was a different section at the pharmacy and they could not find my info or prescription. I had to pull up an email stating who my doctor's office spoke to because they couldn't find any information on it, even though I had already paid $150 for it. This was such a frustrating and ridiculous first experience to this pharmacy. I'd suggest to the next client to speak with someone with the allergy department first to avoid all of the frustration. Had I known that, it would have saved time and anger. I've never been on this medication nor have I been to this pharmacy before but I already want to find a better business than this one.

I wanna recommend going there for compound Gave me the run around all day. Different excuses as to why my prescription was Not filled yet. 1st it was thus is them being down and not being able Do anything. Then the birth scription was ready just couldn't print labels. Last it was the construction they did not on the cannot Tammany the prescription. Anything to keep a buck. Liars. I could have gone somewhere else. But they are willing to let someone sit in pain to keep them from going somewhere else . Only reason I gave one star is because I cant give zero
